Ingredients:
Yi Yi Ren (Semen Coicis) 110 mg
Lian Zi (Semen Nelumbinis) 68 mg
Shan Yao (Radix Dioscoreae) 55 mg
Bai Bian Dou (Semen Dolichoris) 55 mg
Fu Ling (Poria) 55 mg
Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng) 41 mg
Bai Zhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) 41 mg
Jie Geng (Radix Platycodi) 27 mg
mix-fried Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) 27 mg
Sha Ren (Fructus Amomi) 21 mg

Dosage
According to Him-che Yeung in Handbook of Chinese Herbs and Formulas, Vol. 2, the standard daily dose in decoction for this formula is 134 grams. Because of the 10:1 concentration ratio and the efficiency of our manufacturing process it would take only 18 capsules per day of Blue Poppy's version of this formula to equal the standard daily dose.
