Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 10 grams (approx. 1 heaping tablespoon) as needed per day or as directed by your health care practitioner. Increase dose gradually to develop a tolerance to high fiber intake. Consume extra water when taking PaleoFiber.

Because curcumin may stimulate the gallbladder, individuals with gallbladder disease should use curcumin only on the advice of a physician. Turmeric may affect the body's reaction to NSAIDs, including indomethacin and ibuprofen, as well as to reserpine, a blood pressure medication.
